Countess Karen is a reknowned traveller, antiquarian and spiritual advisor to the crowned heads of Europe. Amongst her accomplishments are a complete and unabridged translation of the Homeric epics into Sanskrit. As befits her station, she leads the intrepid band responsible for Congenial.
Lt. Colonel The Honorable Peter Philip Lonsdale Nanson
After distinguished service with Her Majesty's 5th Huzzahs, Lt. Colonel Nanson retired to the fens to breed mountain lions. His duties for Congenial include careful husbanding of the convention finances and detailed quality control of the refreshments.
Professor John Dallman F.R.S., A.R.C.O., S.P.Q.R
Professor Dallman is most noted as the inventor of the Dallman Etheric Resonator, beloved alike of harrassed cleaning staff and troops under fire. After long service to the Empire, the Professor now devotes his attention to expounding upon the smooth inter-operation of Mr Babbage's various engines and the nature of the various papers to be delivered at Congenial.
Mr Rhodri James
Mr James has served as an assistant to many of the greatest scientific minds of our era, during which time he has rarely been seriously maimed. The Congenial committee are employing his skills as an amanuensis and his recognised expertise in the discreet removal of blood-stains from gearing.
